The National Resistance Movement (NRM) Youth League leadership has petitioned President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni over the manner which Dr. Tanga Odoi conducts business at the Secretariat.
The youth accused Dr. Odoi, the ruling party Electoral Commission Boss from further promoting hooliganism within the party.
On March, 9th, the youth leaders questioned why Dr. Tanga is fronting his son identified as Collins Odoi to become Chairperson NRM Youth League through undemocratic means.
“We would like to condemn some Party leaders at the Secretariat, especially Dr. Tanga Odoi who is using his son a one Tanga Collins whom he is fronting to contest as Chair National NRM Youth League and thinks he would rig elections for him like he did in the Makerere University Convocation elections,” reads the statement.
The NRM Youth leaders have in the same vein asked President Museveni, also National NRM Party Chairman to bring Dr. Tanga Odoi to order saying he has in the recent past turned himself into a lumpen and hooligan.
”His conduct is wanting and not fit to hold public office,” the youths argued.
